Instructions

1. Start by heating 5 gallons of water to 162°F.

2. Steep the grains in a muslin bag for 60 minutes. Stir occasionally.

3. Remove the bag and let the liquid drain into the pot. Discard the grains.

4. Bring the wort to a boil and add the Magnum hops. Boil for 60 minutes.

5. Add the Chinook hops and boil for 15 more minutes.

6. Add the Cascade and Summit hops and boil for 5 more minutes.

7. Add the Irish moss and boil for 10 more minutes.

8. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool to 68°F. Transfer to a sanitized fermenter.

9. Pitch the yeast and ferment at 68°F for 7-10 days.

10. Transfer to a secondary fermenter and let it age for at least 2 months.

11. Bottle or keg as desired.
