Railhouse Brewery: A Hidden Gem in Aberdeen

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Railhouse Brewery and let me tell you, it was an experience to remember. Tucked away in a warehouse location in Aberdeen, it proves to be a lively venue with a distinct vibe.

Diverse Beer Collection

The new Vanilla Porter is hands down, one of the best beers I’ve had in awhile. It seems to be a timeless favorite amongst the patrons. The quirkily named ‘Giant Jenga’ and ‘Corn Hole’ variants were also major hits. Not to mention, they boast a healthy collection of quality IPAs and an exceptionally impressive oatmeal stout.

Flight of Beers

Undoubtedly, one of the unique offerings of Railhouse Brewery is their flights. At just $3.75, you get to taste six 4oz beers – a deal that no beer enthusiast can resist. It’s the most affordable flight price I’ve come across and speak volumes about the brewery’s dedication to sharing the love for beers.

In-house Food and Specials

The food at Railhouse Brewery is just as impressive as their drink lineup. The fried chicken salad was finger-licking good. A must-try is the pretzel appetizer paired with a delightful honey mustard sauce. The ‘Reverie’ cocktail is another highlight that is worth ordering, if available. And of course, they have cheese curds!

Atmosphere

Don’t be fooled by the warehouse setting, the place has good vibes and isn’t short on entertainment with activities like Giant Jenga and Corn Hole. The ambiance is enhanced with their added extension to the bar area and excitement for football season. It’s indeed a place to kick back, enjoy delicious brews and have a good time with friends.

Tours

For anyone interested deeper into the brewing process, their 2:00 PM tour comes highly recommended. A clear sign of the dedication and the passion towards brewing, as the owner makes sure you are well taken care of throughout the tour.

In conclusion, Railhouse Brewery is an excellent brewery, pub and American restaurant that truly values their beer craft and customer satisfaction. I most certainly look forward to my next visit!
